Jun Han and Jean-Guy have been awarded an ARC Linkage Project grant ($273K over 3 years) in the area of Rich Service Registry, with additional support from our industry partner CA.

The inaugural information evening of eSecurity Victoria was held in Melbourne CBD, where Prof Jun Han gave a presentation entitled “Universities and an eSecurity Cluster in Victoria” on behalf of Victorian universities. CeCSES is one of the initiators for the eSecurity Victoria initiative. Here are some photos from the evening.

Jun Han is a chief investigator in the successful ARC Linkage grant, “Agent-enabled social networks”, which has attracted ARC funding of $207,000 over 3 years (2005-2008).

CeCSES has established research collaboration with Sparx Systems, the developer of the UML tool Enterprise Architect, to jointly develop UML-based tool support for a software architecture rationalisation methodology.

Jointly with Ryszard Kowalczyk, Jun Han has been awarded major DEST funding for the project, Adaptive Service Agreement and Process Management (ASAPM) in Services Grid, involving collaboration with Telstra, DSTO, EIN, UQ, VUT and the EU Adaptive Service Grids Consortium. The project has also received the VC's Strategic Research Initiative funding.
